Ken Boutilier, President & CEO
Mr. Boutilier is a seasoned health and pharmaceutical industry professional. His career has spanned biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution, and retail pharmacy at a senior management level. He holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and an MBA.
Merle Olson, Research Director
Dr. Olson has a long history as an academic researcher and is co-founder of MBEC BioProducts, co-inventor of the MBEC Assay™ and inventor on 17 patents in medical and veterinary science. His academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Chemistry and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Damian Sowa, Commercial Director
Mr. Sowa has risen through many levels in the biotechnology industry, holding positions in research, safety, project management, and product management. He is the lead for all Innovotech’s business development, sales and marketing, and product development. Mr. Sowa holds an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry.
Nick Allan, Contract Research Manager
Mr. Allan has wide experience in solving client biofilm problems from initial proof-of-concept studies for anti-infective candidates, to full scale regulatory submission studies. He is a biofilm researcher with over 10 years of experience in the field of microbiology. He received his B.Sc. in biology and M.Sc. in microbiology.
Amin Omar, Technical Services Manager
Dr. Omar is a biofilm expert, having completed his Ph.D. at Manchester University in England, and is responsible for the coordination and supervision of Innovotech’s technical team
Olena Rybalko, Finance and Administration Manager
Ms. Rybalko leads Innovotech’s Finance and Administration department with a thorough background in accounting and administration of biotechnology and public companies.
Michael Harding, Research Scientist
Dr. Harding is a expert in field and greenhouse crop disease management. He received his PhD in Plant Pathology.
